Spring shoot... just for fun!

Health and Fitness
I have to say that I am a true fan of Turbo Jam with Chalean Johnson, fun workout that isn't running....ha ha ha, I hate running. The great thing is there are multiple work outs you can choose from at different lengths. For instance If I am feeling super unmotivated, there is a 20 minute work out, perfect! I can usually convince my self that I can endure a measly 20 minutes, and that I will be done before I know it. I haven't tried any of the newer work outs yet (Turbo Fire, Chalean Extreme etc.) but I know what I am asking for next Christmas.
Old Family Photos
My grandparents (dad's side) went to high school together, this was a photo taken the morning after graduation. I think this is such a neat photo of them together because it was before they were even dating, before there was ever of the in cling of the future they would share together, they shared this moment. Caught forever in a photograph.
