Health and Fitness

I have to say that I am a true fan of Turbo Jam with Chalean Johnson, fun workout that isn't running....ha ha ha, I hate running. The great thing is there are multiple work outs you can choose from at different lengths. For instance If I am feeling super unmotivated, there is a 20 minute work out, perfect! I can usually convince my self that I can endure a measly 20 minutes, and that I will be done before I know it. I haven't tried any of the newer work outs yet (Turbo Fire, Chalean Extreme etc.) but I know what I am asking for next Christmas.
